need script modification

i need my site modified http://www dot colemanbusiness dot com/keywordsuggestion/ currently the competing pages are search using the "allintitle" query, I want to change this simple formula, to a formula i create myself to determine competing pages, I am looking for a programmer who can make the script continue to query google using proxy. the programmer must be able to make the script count the keywords in the results titles on googl.. Like if i put in keywords: "freelance project" you must make the script first search google, using the keyword: next, it will "count the number of times each keyword appears in each title in the results, I will explain formula more in detail, its will basically be subtraction and addition only. also i need to somehow be able to sort, the results, in each column, and or store selected results to a project of spread sheet to be sorted when clicked basically, after the forumla is added, i will need something created where i can create a "keyword profile or project" then add or send selected results to each to be automatically measured.
