Hello Candidates! This site will require some high level back end programming. Do you know Joomla and Drupal? You will require a lot of experience to build this site. If you also do mobile app development this would be an asset as the app will be next. Some examples of what I would be looking for: The user would enter a postal code and it would bring up results based on other postal codes other users have entered/associated with their profile. Postal codes are used in Canada, but this site would be global, so zip codes and all other equivalents in all other countries would be required. Users will also have the option to pick Country/City to find results (more separate filters will need to be included in this). Location based on IP address would also be good to have. The app would use location based on GPS. Secure sign on with several options to link interest to other users, think of something along the line of how a dating site might work, but this is not a dating site. Secure Payment with PayPal integration, the ability to give users a rating like on Freelancer/ebay. I would like to agree on a flat rate price to complete the site and have it up and running. Ongoing maintenance and updates/enchantments to the site will be required. At the point either an hourly rate or flat rate for the required work would be an option. I’m looking to work with someone on a long term basis. Lots more to go over in more detail with successfully applicants. If the site/app could be fully function by the end of 2014 that would be awesome but I'm open to suggestions on your time lines. Thank you, Steve
