I have a beta version of OpenEMR running on a cloud server managed by [login to view URL] It is running great and I even have a temporary ssl/https running. I am ready to start implementing this system for my five medical clinics, but Cloudways doesn't comply with HIPAA and they will not sign a BAA. This will have personal health information. I found a recommendation here for using Google Cloud: [login to view URL] I am deploying a LAMP instance on google cloud now. Per the forum post google will sign BAA. I would like to hire you to migrate from my non-compliant server to google cloud and secure it by following HIPAA guidelines. It can be a different server/instance of your recommendation. A good reference is: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Also I would like your expertise in helping me along in completing the list of requirements I will need to complete my portion of HIPAA requirements. The system right now does not have 2 factor authentication. I would like to add the yubikey. Or even more prefered, [login to view URL] What is your estimate for this phase one project? Thank you for the invite. I understand that I might be the highest bidder on this project but I have implemented several 2fa systems (sms, yubikey, voice calling) and am aware of complexities to handle them securely. I also went through the documentation and have an understanding of the security hardening. We can utilize Google Cloud for the same. I would advice the use of the paid version of cloudflare (with caching disabled) to provide both end-end encryption as well as to act as an external firewall to keep bots away.
