further development & enhancement on an existing facebook app

Hi, i have an existing facebook app which could not be completed yet by the developer due to problems cropped up late that they can't manage properly with limited manpower. Therefore i am looking for a professional team who can finish the missing functionalities, fix bugs, bring ideas in it, and complete it successfully within 1 month. Actually the most of the functions are finished but they have to ajax'ified more and be adapted to facebook functions. I will send you a word document listing all functionalities etc. In few words, the app functionalities should work AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE like facebook functionalities (like, response, notifications, write comments, rating with stars etc.), thus we can give the users the feeling that the app could be just another service of facebook inc. itself. The app is about sharing of information and files, and rating them generally. The users should be able to create groups, invite, administrate etc. like on facebook groups, with information about the group like on fb. etc. When the app is finished, then this app should be available also on a website with another design, which synchronizes the data & activities, maybe using the same database and cronjobs. There is also an existing interface to dropbox, which works fine, maybe some small changes must be done. The former developer will support you during hand-over thus you got an instruct from him and can easily take over the project. Only bid if you are familiar with fb apps and worked with api's..
