Freeradius + PHP

DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU CAN DO THIS I have closed the previous project due to working out part of the request myself and was not happy with the prospective bidders. Requirement.... Someone to refine and add additional fields to current WHMCS module. The current module has the ability to enter a group for freeradius, i would like to make an additional page within WHMCS that will allow dynamic creation of groups within Freeradius and allow this to be applied as a dropdown when configuring products and setting packages for retail sale. The additional page will need to be able to. Allow creation of groups within Freeradius dynamically, group needs to be able to apply/specify Access-list attribute for mikrotik NAS to follow (similar to how miktorik usermanager applies this) this automatically sets speeds mikrotik end (customer is speed shaped via PCQ and access-list at mikrotik router as long as radius suggests right attribute that matches mikrotik) *i can give more detail about this if not farmiliar* Client overview admin page to also have a tick box for option to send e-mail alerts of usage 50% 80% 100% or similar and apply shaping to specified group speed if shaping has gone over. (have radius place user in other group dynamically until end of billing cycle). Addon module currently allows customer to buy more GB, so need to have radius automatically unshape customer and put them back to original plan speed if more GB bandwidth is purchased. not sure if current module does this at present as this is not in production environment User has access to developer version of WHMCS On successful completion May want to create custom IOS and Android app for account management, this may be an ongoing project after successful completion of current task request.
