351199 Coupon Email Marketing Site

In need of coupon site with capabilities for subdomains to define local regions. i.e. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The main site home page will provide for site visitors to choose their locale from a link on the right side of the webpage or a drop down menu. We want each local page to be as simple as possible, like CL idea but a little more appealing. Within these local regions, categories will be set up and each participating merchants business will be listed under the appropriate category. Consumers will be able to click on the business name, which is listed under the category, and it immediately takes them to the printable coupon page. The coupon page will have a coupon template at the top which includes a print button and a close window button. Below the coupon will be the company details: name, days/hours of operation, address, phone(s) fax, url, business locations and a google map to show the general location of the business. There are going to be 2 ways for business owner to utilize the site, the will have the ability to post a coupon to the site which is a free service. We want the process of posting their coupon on the site to be verified and confirmed via email. The second option would be the business owner would be to utilize the email marketing feature of the site. They will be allowed to add a coupon or special, it is important that the coupons include an expiration date, as the coupons need to be automatically deleted from the site following the expiration date. We want this coupon creation to be a simple three step system. They also need to have the ability to upload their email contact list or enter them manually, and have a submit button which will let them preview the coupon before it is emailed to their email list. The Admin section needs to be as follows: Business owners will need to have the ability to register themselves, creating their own username and password, which will need to be confirmed via email. This admin backend will need to allow for the site admin to make modifications to any merchant's details or offerings to ensure nothing inappropriate is placed on the site. The site admin section will need to allow the admin to add new localities to the system as necessary. And also have the ability to store credit card information for each business and charge that credit card on a monthly basis depending on what type of service they are utilizing. Each subdomain for a locality will be a cookie-cutter with the only difference being the merchants and their offerings. Each sub-domain will consist of the following dynamic pages: a main page, a printable coupon page. A breakdown of the dynamic pages. main locality page: Will have categories broken down and each business name and link (which goes to the printable coupon page) list under each category. There needs to be a search function, calendar of events so the public can post what is going on around the city. At the bottom we also need a deal of the day coupon…there will be one coupon displayed at the bottom of the main page each day. The creation of that coupon will need to be on the business admin section. printable coupon page: (new window) Shows the coupon at the very top, which a template will need to be created, as all the coupons need to look the same. Lists the Merchant's Company name, address and phone. The coupon special offered, expiration date, our logo and url with subdomain which will let the merchant know they are getting value from our service. The coupon window will include a print button and a close window button. The individual business admin section will need to allow each merchant access to their info only and will need to have fill in the blank fields for all necessary data. Also, a file upload function will be required to add an image. Constraints on image dimensions need to be incorporated. The site admin will need to have access to all merchant data and be able to delete or modify. Admin will also need to be able to add and delete merchant user accounts. Finally, the admin will need to be able to easily add localities as subdomains, and these will logically need to have separate databases associated with each.
