Wordlister is a free online vocabulary builder. It collects words that user encounters in his day-today life, by uploading movie subtitles, pdfs and text files. once uploaded wordlister will seach for unknown words of the user and list them. Then user can choose which words he really needs to learn. I already have php code and functions used for existing web interface and can be provided if required. you can reuse existing code and will need add additional coding if required. Web application should be developed using PHP Javascripts AJAX. Table updates should happen with AJAX without full page reload. database should be mysql Android app should be done with Android native development. Web interface should work on Mozilla, Chrome and IE Moibile App should work on Android Gingerbread and above. Attached two documents shows how the Web app and Mobile app should looks like. You will have to design a API based on Ajax to communicate with mobile app and server.
