Each user has to make a profile (name surname profile picture) or import from facebook Once he opens his iphone/ipad app he will be able to see online users who use same app and network If 3g is enabled then i think you must use location services like bump feature to detect the phones in a room User will be able to create group chats and others can join and being able to group or private chat i want a website which is connected to this app with same functionality Bid only if u have 50+ projects done And only if you did such application / website before.. Show evidence. If you never did such thing done bid i dont want to waste my time I dont pay in advance as i dont know you guys
