Magento custom programming -- 2

I have built a Magento site but it needs some custom programming modifications. This Magento site is a photography site to sell school photos. All photos are private and hidden. When a user enters a school code and shot ID, they can then view a page containing their photos. The category page is where most of the work needs to be done. Note: a. People will need to click "Order Photos Online" and enter the school code and shot ID on a page. The code will take them to a category page. b. The category I set up is qsp001, and it is hidden from the menu. When people type in qsp001 in the text field, it should go to [login to view URL] c. I removed the grid view of parents categories in PHP instead of the magento configuration as I need to use it for the schools categories d. We won't allow customer to add products to cart from the quick view, and the product details page is disabled. So the customer should only add products to cart from the category page. e. Please make sure the custom attributes will be full name and year. The attributes needed to be shown in the cart on the right sidebar and on the cart and review cart page. The same product with different attributes (e.g. Peter Smith - Year 3A and John Smith - Year 6A) should be shown as two products in the cart. f. The quantity box needs to display on the category page. g. This site is responsive and I will keep working on the styling. Whatever you build needs to allow me to change the styling. h. Please look at the concept pictures attached. Order Process 2 involves Javascript. Add a Child (Full Name, Year). Child will then appear in Select Child dropdown list.
