I am looking for an experienced sys-admin who can help me creating a network/infrastructure for a small office (5-20 users).
There will be one dedicated server and around 5-20 users connecting to it with their notebooks.
I need:
-data archiving (files, e-mails)
-automatic backups (files, e-mails)
-file/e-mail encryption on users notebooks
-secure connections (maybe VPN?)
-secure chat/video conferencing
-anything else (I need your suggestions/ideas here)??
Please state in your bid what exactly you propose and can do for me. I am willing to pay a small bonus for this proposal.
If the proposal is good, you get the job for setting up this server with all necessary packages, ssl-ceritifcates (if needed), vpn-server and so on...
So, please tell me what sort of infrastructure you propose and what kind of software packages you would suggest. If everything looks ok, you get the project.
Important: I prefer free/opensource software!!
Plattform will be Linux (or Unix/FreeBSD).
