Wordpress Referral builder plugin

As the project title says, I need a Wordpress plugin that would concept wise does basically so what the scripts here ([login to view URL]) here does but with some changes. From the admin section: I can add, edit and delete categories I can add, edit and delete the programs in each category. I can order the categories I can order the programs within each category. I can set the amount of programs a member can personally add. Member section: (1) Member can add up to 'x' programs that only those that join in their downline can see. (Their downline would be determined by those who join from their affiliate URL which would be those who see it from their page.) (2) Member can delete or edit their their programs. (3) When member add programs or modify their programs and they can determine which category it would go in. (Categories are already set by me in admin section) (4) When viewing the referral list the categories would be on a category page that would have 4 columns that list the categories and the amount links in each category. (Something like this below - Where it says category#, it woudl say the actual name of the category though. The number in parenthesis is the about on programs in that category) Category 1 (2) Category 2 (17) Category 3 (5) Category 4 (0) Category 5 (22) Category 6 (1) Category 7 (15) Category 8 (10) Category 9 (3) Category10 (11) Category11 (5) Category 12 (7) etc.... On the main category page that shows the above, below the above, it would randomly list 10 programs from any category. On the main page, they can click on the random links. On the main page, they can click on a category page and it would take them to that category page. On each categoy page, it would still show the category listings as above, but the programs that show up on the page would only be the programs that are in that category. I woudl want only about 10 programs to show up on a page. If the category has more than 10 programs, then there would be a (pagination) links at the bottom tht they can click on to go to the next page page of programs for that page. Each link would obviously be clickable and there would be a box where they can enter their affiliate URL if they joined that program. If you are not sure of my explanation, please ask questions. Basically I am describing the exact process as the scripts that I referenced above. The only difference is I don't think they have categories, so other than that part, this script would work just like the particular one that I reference below. NOTE: There are no payment processors needed as this will be tied into my WP site already so don't need for that at all. The plugin would be developed on your server, then when completed, I would test on your server as both the admin and the regular user. One all is good, I will make final payment and you would send me the plugin. The plugin must be able to be installed using the regular wordpress installer program. Lastly the members should be able to enter their whole affiliate URL and not just the affiliate ID to make it easier on them.
