WordPress Image Upload Plugin Development (AJAX+SQL+PHP)

Experienced expert PHP Wordpress plugin developer wanted to develop an independent "Image Upload" plugin. Summary: =============== A plugin that uses the default WordPress Media Uploader and Editor to automate the image upload, file-naming and editing process all in one simplified step. This plugin is designed for a very specific purpose website that contains posts which have only one single image each – the Featured Image. Upon upload the plugin shall automatically rename the file-name of the image uploaded to use the chosen Keyword (a custom meta field from Keyword Plugin) and automatically assign it as Featured Image of the post. The uploaded image can be edited (by clicking “Edit Image” button as shown) with options to: Scale, Crop, Rotate (counter/clockwise), Flip (vertically/horizontally) and Undo/Redo like default Media Image Editor. The difference is that “Edit Image” button loads the Editor immediately with one-click without having to go through Media Library page; and once updated, it returns back to the current Post edit page automatically to continue with Post publishing.
