Simple CC Processing Script

We're in need of a script written to process classified advertising orders. The script has three (3) pages: Page one: * Singe-page form that allows user to input: ---> Enter credit card name, exp date, address, security code, choose from type of card (we offer Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) ---> Actual text of their classified ad ---> Choose among a set of options (e.g. "add a border - $5" etc) that cost extra ---> Choose number of times the ad will run (e.g. 1x, 5x, 10x etc) ---> As user enters in classified ad text, the script counts the words in real-time and checks the various options (black border, etc) and displays a total price for the order ---> Enter their email address for e-mailing a receipt Once the user enters in everything and hits the "Continue" button, that loads page two (2): This page displays a receipt consisting of a list of the classified ad text, various options chosen and not chosen (e.g. black border etc), number of times ad will run, and total price, and the user can either click "Go back" or "Finish." Clicking "Finish" loads page three (3): The credit card info is processed through our [login to view URL] gateway and displays a receipt for the user. The scrip sends a receipt to the user's email address and to our email address (). The script should also send an email to containing the text of the ad and any options chosen (this is for our layout person to include in the paper). Simple. Previous experience with similar work is a huge plus -- please post or PM links to similar work so we can validate. You can reuse code or previous projects as long as they were written by you or permission is obtained from the original author. Otherwise you may not reuse third party code/projects. Turnaround time: 7-14 days (hopefully this can be finished sooner than that as it's not that complicated).
