Simple PHP - SQL - AJAX job

Simple quotation system, store, view and reply customers requests. (1) Request from website is automatically inserted in SQL database. (2) Menu where I can see which requests / inquiries came in (3) Reply to the inquiries and update the status to answered. This is what I want explained in a nutshell. Please quote your best price and time you need in order to code the system. 1 ) Our customers who visit our website will fill out a form in order to request products / information or quotes. This is been done by a simple form on our website. Form needs to be created with corresponding code to insert the formdata into an sql database. 2 ) View / monitor quotes. Overview of the quotes received. Basically very simple SQL queries in order to display all the SQL Data (customer requests) From the overview menu / monitor quotes we should have a button in order to reply to that specific quote. 3 ) The reply function should consist of the following things : 1 ) Select template to use (HTML Email templates) 2) Insert several values automatically for example, the name received from the form and stored in the SQL Database. Several manual values, like price of the product, greeting to the customer, etc.. After selecting the correct template and inputting all the variables. They should be passed trough AJAX and on the end of the page there should be a WYSIWYG preview box. After checking and changing the final output in the WYSIWYG editor we need to confirm and send out the email to our customer. This email needs to be stored in the SQL Database.
