Simple iPhone Application for Game Prototype

We're looking for someone with iPhone app development and Facebook API experience to help us build a live, working prototype for a fun, social application. Depending on the success of this first project, there could be an opportunity for ongoing project/contract work. While we've been using PhoneGap to write the code for a native iPhone app, we're looking for someone with deeper experience here to help us move faster. This initial project is very very simple: 1) Approximately 3-5 screens to the app (including the actual login, which will be managed by the Facebook login system) 2) Importing the social graph for a user 3) Triggering a Facebook wall interaction from the user 4) Building the server code (if needed) to support these interactions (open-minded to development approach, as long as it's NOT Windows) 5) Set-up on a server, ideally something like Amazon ec2. If you have the skills, we'd ideally like your help with setting this up on a live server, like Amazon ec2, so we'd have everything we would need to submit it to Apple. Given how lightweight this is, you can probably leverage PhoneGap to build a native app from HTML/CSS, instead of building it directly in Xcode/Cocoa. We have already built user requirements, interaction flows, wireframes, and have the Apple Developer ID and Facebook App ID. Deliverables: We would need all code, any information on a hosting set-up, and generally any information that we would need to be able to extend and develop from this on our own.
