We want 1 or 2 persons for a long term work. These persons will have to work and to be disponible for the following tasks: 1 - Website Design: realizing minisites in order to enhance our ranking. Our goal is realizing at least 1 minisite (4-5 pages) each day. We need intelligent people understanding how search engines work and having autonomy in creating templates around specific key word. We would appreciate knowledge of FLASH 2 - knowledge of php and MySql in order to help us in various different tasks modifying or installing programs 3 - disponibility to small data entry tasks. Title of preference: 1 -knowledge (basic understanding) of Italian - or some latin language (spanish, french or rumanian) and disponibility of learning more 2 - knowledge of Search Engines and Marketing techniques We ask you to have Yahoo Messenger and to send us a daily report on works done. We consider each week of 6 days (1 day free). We expect you to work basically on our project and to be disponible when we ask you to do new tasks. We would appreciate when you understand our goals. Payment through escrow with scriptlance divided in weeks (each week 80$) - total 320 $ each month (24 days). If you want to continue working as freelance we offer also this second possibility: 3 weeks (18 days in total) full time each month. In this case you can reserve time to other projects or for studying. Payment will be 240$ for the 18 days. We need to know in advance when you work.
