Need xHTML to PSD Ajax and Mootools wiz....

Hello! I have a PSD I need coding to xHTML strict. The site must work in all browsers and mobile devices. The CSS must also comply to W3 Standards. I have attached the sample images and explanations. Basically it is a Resume site built in Ajax and PHP and must use Mootools Scrolling Div [login to view URL] or you can use jQuery if you wish. The site is plain with no images and just text. sIFR would be great for the Optima font or a simple: font-family: "Optima", Helvetica, Arial would suffice - if you do not understand this then leave now. Please see sample links to understand what I am talking about and I will not accept bidders who show me thousands of dead link portfolios. Need a time and price. No promises but good coding and good delivery and a strong trust-able communicator is something I need in my books so always work for more..
