Easy flickr-style drop-down box

I need a dropdown box that behaves similar to the one used on flickr photo pages. (Go look at flickr's photostream drop down box - in the right column - on a typical flickr photo page!) More details: You click the plus-sign, the gray box appears below containing information. The plus-sign becomes a minus sign, that when clicked, closes the box. Simple. The main difference will be instead of any horizontal scrolling or AJAX you'll instead use a simple vertical scroll bar so that if there's more information than can appear in the alotted space, the user can scroll down to see the rest. Just use a simple plus sign and minus sign graphic (and their inverse for mouseovers) and I'll provide the real ones when it's done. The URLs need to be active links. The thumbnail images appear between the "second line" and URL.
