Drupal Developer / Themer required - experience with Video and Media modules, views / panels, and custom navs are an asset.

I have a web site project which needs to be setup in 2 weeks. I have design files finished with the different templates to be built out, a site map, and I will be directing and managing the project as well assisting where I can with design / technical direction. We are looking for an experienced web developer with strong Drupal theming and customization skills to assist us with building the site out immediately. Experience with theming Drupal to custom designs, setting up video and media modules, views / panels modules, taxonomy / tags, and other modules are a must. Offering and implementing solutions, good communication, and meeting milestone deadlines is also required. Experience with HTML, CSS, javascript, PHP, AJAX, XML, MySQL, and phpMyAdmin are an asset. It is a not a large site (25 pages) however it requires the development of a few different styles of page templates, and the ability to dynamically show different types of content in a carousel that will link to the pages or content types that they are previewing. The CMS requires the ability to upload video and have it compressed server-side with FFMPEG or another video compression software and then embed it with HTML5 (with Flash as a backup). We also need the ability to upload images and have them sized correctly and organized so they can be navigated easily in a simple gallery-style template that has been designed. The main navigation is graphical in nature and must work in accordian style. Forms will need to be setup with the web forms module on two of the pages. The site is being developed on our server with Drupal 7 and has the technologies required. We have some experience with Drupal but are looking for assistance with this from an "advanced" or experienced Drupal developer / themer and we will oversee the project and specific details to ensure accuracy and that it functions as needed. I would like to see examples of Drupal sites that you've designed, themed, or developed and what your role was on those projects. As, well I would like to discuss how we'd work to together and what solutions we can implement to get the job done.
