Tropical Reforestation Website

I need two unique HTML templates with exciting graphic desgn for our existing web site. Right now the web site is using a CMS that is causing me headaches, because it is simply not flexible enough. I want to be able to add, change or adjust individual pages using an HTML editor, also I want to be able to duplicate the site in multiple languages. 1. I want a HOME and LANDING page template that is exciting and the gateway to the web site. 2. I want a secondary template that can be changed for the other pages within the web site. 3. I don't want Flash, because it is too difficult to edit and makes for lousy SEO. 4. I want an easy to understand CSS file that I can edit or add classes to if I need to. 5. I want to keep the color scheme we have in our existing web site, as it uses greens, ochres and Earth tones. 6. This is a marketing web site as well as an environmental web site, and should reflect that fact. 7. I prefer text over images, rather than graphics with text in them, as it is easier to convert to other languages if I don't have to redo the graphics. 8. I want easy navigation from the home page, so I am not opposed to having links from more than one area. 9. I don't mind having a wider screen, but want screen width fixed rather than floating, so the site isn't all distorted in laptops or smaller browser screens. 10. I want to be able to use Java, CGI and PHP scripts when and if I so desire, or to embed video and rotating pictures. 11. I want webmaster flexibility with attractive design, with the site hosted on Linux server. 12. I hate machine generated web sites, as many of them are hard to edit, so prefer a clean, hand-coded look.
