(1) a login in page for writers to upload their article and photos, everyday. Then Admin will get a email notification, Admin will login to the website and approve the article and then the article will automatically be posted on a position on the website.
(2) the website will consist of a number of headlines, each headline with 2 to 3 rows of the content of each articles. They are clickable. Some of these are in English and some of these are in other langauge.
(3) the design will be like the HSBC website. (red and white)
(4) calculators of investments for readers (I will show you the websites for reference) [login to view URL]
(5) readers can provide there basic information to receive auto article alert by email.
(6) there is another section for reader to look for IFA---"looking for IFA", readers need to provide basic info such as contacts and click on the button--then all these info will be sent to Admin by email and in the database.
(7) admin need to have a record of all members activity such as when they log in date and time, register IP, etc.
(8) readers need to login to read whole article, if they don;t log in, they only see a portion of the article. These article can be in English or other langauge.
(9) Registered readers can ask question, Any Financial Advisor (IFA) can answer any question. The articles and answers and question that the IFA posted will be show in each IFA's profile.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
