The hardware system is composed by: - smart card reader with rs232 output (Reflex 72 V.2) - rs232 data cable interface (Siemens DCA-500 RS-232 Data Cable) - mobile phone (Siemens C55) The software (java) on the mobile phone must detect when a user insert a card in the smart card reader and send an sms with the string code read from the smart card to a known mobile number. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Any java enabled mobile phone
