163277 Custom Search engine

Hey guys, I am creating a custom search engine. I know that I have to compete with google and what not but I figured its worth a shot, you never know until you try right. There are tons of ready made scripts out there for search engines and you can feel free to use them, as long as you can customize them to my needs. What I need a search engine that does the exact same thing as google except with a little twist. A couple spiders should go out and grab links of websites- just the links. Then those links will show up in my Admin CP. I can choose weather to accept or reject the site based on weather I think it is spam or not. Of course the site will still be visible when you type site:[login to view URL], but it should not show up for any keyword searches. I should have 4 options to either approve (meaning approve that page), Approve all (meaning approve the entire domain including subdomains), reject (reject just that page), or reject all (Reject that entire domain including subdomains) Once sites are approved, other specialized spiders should go out and properly cache the entire website and add it to the search engine. The algorithm is crucial to this site, but I just want a basic one. Nothing to fancy. I think there are some out there that you can use. If this websites makes me any money at all, I will be hiring a SEO specialist to come in a write me a completely custom algorithm for a couple grand. This also needs to have image search and video search. There should be one other feature in order to help the site gain user friendlyness with good searches. If a user searches for certain keywords or phrases, and he or she does not seem to find the desired content they need, for instance they keep coming back within a few seconds using the back button and are clicking on multiple results, that phrase or keywords should be reported to me. (Don't know if this is realistic) I would also like an area where I can sell sponsored listings, something like adwords. In the future I would also like to add something like PageRank to the search engine to increase persision of the search engine. This would of course be implemented later on. Let me know what you think. This should cost much to start up as there are alot of free scripts which you can combine and work with, I would like it though if you could code it to your standards though. I'm not looking for this to initially cost me a grand, over time it will cost me a couple grand, but you will have many more jobs to come, and whatever we can't get finished in the origional project, we will get done in later pojects. You will be the long term programmer of the site and I plan on expanding alot within the next few months. Thanks Mike
