SEO Need 50 Backlinks - Page Rank 8 or Higher

The link building project is to build 50 links with a Page Rank of 8 or higher. If your completion of this project is satisfactory, we would like to build a long-term relationship with you and give you many similar projects every month, for additional websites we own. Criterias for the these links: 1. Links must appear on indexed and cached pages by Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc. 2. Links to not be more than 2 levels deep from the homepages. 3. Links will be divided up and pointed to different sub-pages within our website. 4. The links must be spiderable, they must NOT appear on sites which are hidden by [login to view URL] files, use span tag links, or nofollow attributes, no dynamic links, or other feature that would make the links not followed by Google or other spiders. PR must pass through to our site. 5. Links must not appear on link directories. 6. All links must be permanent, one-way in-bound links (no reciprocal links). 7. Links should appear on pages which are related to our niche field (the Mortgage Industry). 8. Links must only appear on sites which are written in English. 9. Preferably on content pages of one topic or theme. 10. Page wherein the links are placed must have a pagerank of 6 and above. 11. Never on pages of 30 or more outgoing links. 12. Plain HTML links ONLY. i.e. No classified ads, FFA, guest books, forum postings, blog spams, articles, scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms, spam sites, orphaned link pages, javascript, cloaking, 301 redirects, framed pages, flash sites, etc. 13.
