You didn't give a scope of the site so I've tried to be a little conservative in my bid. Is this a custom coded site? Have you already identified a specific injection vector? I'm going to need full server access (ftp and cpanel/plesk/phpMyAdmin) so I can create a local copy of your site to preform the testing to find the vulnerabilities before a systematic approach can be addressed to fix them. I make the a local copy of the site so that I can run potentially damaging tests on the site without interrupting service for your users or breaking the site in some manner.
