PHP- Script to Use Spinner Chief API

I need a Simple PHP script that will access the Spinner Chief API text spinning functions. I already have a good PHP function coded that should work with little to no modification, so the main part of this project will be building a front end user interface to provide the variables for this function and output based on my specifications below. Spinner Chief is a text spinner and more info regarding the Spinner Chief API can be found here: [login to view URL] I will provide the PHP function code when the project is awarded. This script will have a text box that will allow me to paste up to 5,000 words that will be the article to be submitted to the Spinner Chief API. I will require very specific results from the text being submitted that may take more than 1 call to the API to provide the results that I'm looking for. All results output should be displayed on the page in html so that when I view the source code of the webpage, it will be very easy for me to scrape the specified results. There should be 2 radio buttons that would be labeled as: Standard Output or Custom Output and also a submit button to submit the article text to the API. If Standard Output is selected, the resulting outputs from the text that will be paste into the text box mentioned above is: 1. The entire spun article should be output as a paragraph. (This parameter would be spintype 1. See API documentation for more info.) 2. The entire spun article in spyntax format. (This parameter would be spintype 0. See API documentation for more info.) 3. The first 160 characters of the spun article from output number 1 above. If Custom Output is selected, I will need input text fields to allow me to input all of the API parameters as shown in the API documentation and the output would be the result of the API call using those parameters. My budget for a project like this is $30 to $60 which is taking into consideration that I will provide the PHP function already coded that will submit the article to the Spinner Chief API.
