I need a responsive Wordpress theme for business directory listings

I am looking for a complete Wordpress theme that, once it is finished, I can upload / configure myself easily to all my Wordpress-installed websites. ("developer license") >>Goal of the website: It is a business directory, where I can collect addresses and data for specific businesses. Example; a business directory for wellness centers. Also, people can add their own business on my website. They have the choice between 3 plans: a light version (free, limited functionalites), a pro version (€xx / year, all functionalities) and an enterprise version (all functionalities + their listing appears always on top of each search result for the corresponding state) >>Sort search results based on social metrics: The listings on the website, need to be sorted based on the total amount of social shares: so the sum of Facebook likes, Tweets and Google +1's (use API, update automatically). So the page (listing) that has been shared most, will be on top of the search results. >>Design: The site will need to be designed first.
