Need to have a website which is similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] in terms of business. However, we will provide a separate functional design document along with screenshots for the web pages. Project has to be finished in time and with quality. We would like the bidder to have experience in using “gallery”. We would use Gallery2 Alpha release which would later be converted to beta version once released. Following high level features that we want the site to be built on: 1)Shopping cart -Should be integrated to Zen cart shopping cart .Detail business functionality would be detailed to selected vendors 3)should be integrated to merchants and paypal 2)Once the images are uploaded and order placed all the images in the cart should be zipped and placed in a unique-id folder .The original uploaded images should not be deleted 3)Change the complete page flow .Details would be given to selected vendor 4)Complete change in the existing look and feel .This is major revamp 5)Admin functionality and reporting 5) Any other change as detailed in the business functionality document Payment Terms : 1. Initial Payment of 20% after the contract is signed, design document is handed over and both sides accept the terms and conditions 2. Next payment of 30% of the amount after the initial testing and approval of the site. 3. Remaining 50% after a week of go-Live support operation to remove any bugs or quality issues. Application has to be deployed on our server and made fully functional. No advance payment under any circumstance. We will use escrow for payment. I have a budget of $500 max. Only serious and desciplined Vendors need apply !!!
