E-Book Goal Achievement Forms and Text

This bid request was for Articles on Success: I am looking for someone to write keyword-rich articles related to success and its components: setting goals, taking action and why being accountable is crucial to success (not ideas for who to account to)... With further research, I have decided that I can best write the articles myself so that they match my philosophy of goal achievement. I do, however, want to keep this bid request open and since most of you who have placed bids are programmers, you can very likely do this work even easier. I want someone to create 3 sets of Goal Achievement forms in an e-book format. There will be some 10 - 20 forms and 10 - 20 pages of text per set: Personal Goals, Business Goals, Career Goals. You must have access to a fax machine as I will fax to you marked-up pages with changes to other forms that are available to me. All text will also be provided for you via e-mail to put in the e-book. You can send work to me via Internet instead of fax. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready- to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform E-Book Format - Please tell me which more specific format you recommend. I have used eBook Pro Viewer. Also, I have e-books in PDF format. It would have to be in a format that my clients can easily download and use. Pages will be printed by clients for worksheets so they must be very clear and readable when printed. Any suggestions are welcome.
