This is my repost of the "mortgage website", the previous one had to be cancelled due to a lack of communication from my end caused by technical difficulties. I require the exact same website as before, the main purpose of the website is to advertise my mortgage website; it will not contain anything huge, but it MAY require some PHP programming, however this will be unlikely. I also require a simple logo designed for the website and my business which will be used on business cards/brochures/etc. This project is for both the logo AND the website, not for just one or the other. If i have missed any important information, please PM me and i will elaborate. I have attached some draft sketches of what i would like the website to look like. Please understand that these drafts will not necessarily be what the final page will look like, they are rough drafts and are mostly an indication of what kind of website i am looking for. My budget for this project is around $120 USD. Also, in terms of communication, after i select a web designer, i will check my PM inbox at least once every day. dont post a portfolio of your work, i would like to see an example of websites you have made and also some examples of logos you have/can make.
