Provide Flash player for Quicktime Video

We have produced a Quicktime movie of a demo of our iPhone application. The resolution of the Quicktime movie is 320x480. We would like to convert this to a Flash video we can show on our website. Other iPhone application websites do something similar to what we are looking for. For example: [login to view URL] This job requires two steps - first to convert the Quicktime movie to a progressive Flash video format. Second, to provide a Flash player for the Flash video that we can drop in to place on our website. ## Deliverables There are a few requirements that must be met for a successful project: 1) Provide us with the steps necessary to encode the video for future projects. For example, if you use mencoder (a popular open source project), tell us what options you used, so that we can make adjustments if we adjust the video in the future. 2) Encode the video at 512Kbps (high quality), 128Kbps (medium quality) and 64Kbps (low quality). 3) The Flash player should only have a play / pause button that appears when you hover over the video, and no toolbar at the bottom (see [login to view URL] for an example). 4) The Flash player should detect the bandwidth available and choose an appropriate Flash video to download. 5) The Flash player and Flash video will preferably be hosted on Amazon's Cloudfront service. The player should be written in such a way as to allow progressive downloads, such that player can start almost immediately once play is clicked. 6) At the end of the video, we will display something that says "Available on the App Store". It would be good if this could link out to a URL that we provide. Note that the URL might change, so it is important that we be able to change it. 7) The video should only start when play is clicked, not automatically. 8) The video won't automatically loop. 9) We would like all source Flash files (you may use FlashDevelop, etc. if you like), and the ability to recompile in the future.
