Flex coder/developer needed

I am seeking a coder who is good with flex (mxml) to iron out some bugs on my flex website and develop a thing or two. The complete breakdown of the gig is as follows: I just redesigned my website which is at [login to view URL] (Now ou will have to log in signup to see the UI you will be working on) and there are a few things I want to get working on it. First of all the profiles on the website. I want you to fix profile pages for the users of my website. The designer has already designed it and placed it on the website but couldn’t do a few things. They are as follows. First I want you to make it such that the profiles are hosted at the link [login to view URL] so whenever I click on someone’s profile I go to the page [login to view URL] The profile have to be open to everyone user or non user. Also on the profiles I want you to make it possible to im chat from someone’s profile with them as well as call (The call, you will just use the implemented call function from the website and the same thing goes with the im chat) There is already im chat on my website so I want you to connect that. There is also a page that allows you to invite friends from facebook. I want you to implement it. It’s pretty easy. I want you to make the video quality and audio quality much better than what I have now on the website. Also I want you to be able insert my application to be used in facebook. The exact same application just make it work within facebook without going to an external website. I already have it registered as a facebook app. That is about it, there will also be a few little tweaks to make along the way but nothing serious. It’s a pretty straightforward and quick gig. The application is coded using the ide adobe flash builder and the sdk is 4.5.1
