We have two parts of this project.
Part #1: We created a single PHP file, which is an EmailSender script which takes certain parameters from forms, and then sends Emails using these parameters. (I've attached two files; A)original PHP file email script, and B) example email sent)
The purpose of this project is to EXPAND this script so that the script sends the email (as is already implemented), but also saves the parameters to a MySQL database.
Three source files that send forms (parameters) to the PHP script, so you can understand what information is sent, is sent from [[login to view URL]][1], [[login to view URL]][2], and [[login to view URL]][3].
We need the database fields to be as follows:
- Name
- Email
- Choice
- Comments
After I give you (if you win the bid) the backend access, here are the database details.
dbName: db_godlovestheworld_com
username: godlovestheworld
pw: gltw01
Part #2: We have many old emails that were sent without populating the database, and as such, we need a script to read from a pop3 email address and parse the emails to populate the database by filling in the fields of the database as defined in Part #1 of this project.
See the attached [login to view URL] file to see an example of what the script sends.
Thank you for your consideration. If you have the knowledge to complete this bid successfully and quickly, please respond with your best price.
Kindest regards,
Troy A. Lyndon
