This is a complex project for a hard to please client. There are 3 seperate projects, loosely related to the gambling community, but NOT gaming sites, but we hope to award the second and third projects to the team that completes the first so we can both benefit from reusing code and being familiar with the client's tastes. We will only accept a bid from a team who can show evidence of working on this sort of project previously and who has previous clients we can interview. Using Mambo or something similar (Joomla seems a better choice now)to allow wysiwyg editing and image uploading by the Site owner through a password protected admin interface is required. I have attached 2 html docs that came to us from the client's project manager detailing the type of content pages they want and the site features they want. **SMS Chat requirement has been dropped by the client** PLEASE READ THESE DOCUMENTS BEFORE RESPONDING TO THIS BID REQUEST. The look and feel of the site will be supplied by the clients in house designer, we can alter those files to meet the coder's needs. **I have attached a single PDF that is the Client's wish for general look and feel, we will supply the successful bidder with the .psd file for this. Left navigation links are only place holders, pending final decisions on content and features.** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. The final choice of developer is up to my client, so we will contact you through rentacoder as things develop. ## Platform Linux or BSD The site will be deployed on a server using HSphere and we will be limited to the kind of developer access that an HSpere server allows. We hope to use Mambo for the main portal with the addition of an as yet unspecified ecommerce module and SMS two-way texting module. The Site must have an admin interface to allow content editing. Viewable and usable in all currently supported browsers on Windows and Mac, especially Netscape, IE, Firefox and Safari. **SMS Module is no longer needed for initial deployment of these sites, but may be added on as a new project later.**
