Modifying Existing Design Template

I need a web site designed for my site. We have a logo which I have attached which should appear in the upper left. I would only need two different pages designed...one specific to the homepage, and the rest of the pages will be slightly different than the homepage. I need the design to be CSS driven...I want the HTML to be very clean and I want an external stylesheet to control the layout. The actual web page should consist of the bare minimum in HTML and pull most of the design from the external CSS. For the design, I only need something simple. I have attached a design template I like that is free to use...so we can actually just modify the existing template. Taking that into consideration, it should not take long for this project and that is why the price is set the way it is. I want the attached design template to be modified so there are two columns for the homepage, and each headline in the main part of the page would have a big number next to it....the site will be broken down into four different sections so there will be four major links on the homepage labeled from 1-4. There will be a linked headline with a little description below the link similiar to a news headline layout. For the color layout, it must match the logo but the page can be mostly just white. Like I said, it will be a simple design....nothing fancy and we will be working off of an existing template. I will give more details to the winning bid....I only need some changes to the design template I attach to this bid so it should be a simple, quick project. Thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must work uniformly across Internet Explorer and Mozila browsers.
