Mobile Brochure Creator - Flash

We are looking for an online based mobile brochure creator - basic packaging tool that will enable the creation of mobile Jar/Jad files for a variety of mobile screen sizes (the three dominant screen size groups), storage and speed resources (please note - the mobile brochure should work on practically any MIDP2.0 Java phone with screen width equal to or greater than 128 pixels). The ‘mobile brochure builder' should be able to automatically format, structure, customize and compress content delivered by clients in a server based process to pre-designed brochure templates (the various templates will contain 1-5 pages which will include text, photos, maps and interactive links). The brochure (J2ME application) should have a similar look and feel as seen at: [login to view URL] The brochure template customization should include the use of font properties, change color, modified content structure (eg. pictures, text, custom menu, interactive link/call-to-action) and the automatic creation of mobile Jar files for the three dominant screen size groups. The online mobile brochure building process/structure should be able to offer/create multiple accounts, registration process (basic user name/email and password).
