This project involves adding, editing and deleting information from master and detail ACCES tables whereas the Master fields are displayed on the FORM itself and the Detail fields are displayed on GRIDS. Example: the record is picked out from a COMBO box listing all AUTHORS from the Master table AUTHORS and the fields Name, Address etc is being displayed in TEXT boxes on the form. By clicking the command TITLES you will see a GRID showing all TITLES (from the detail table TITLES) from the AUTHOR. By clicking another command PUBLISHER you will see a GRID showing all PUBLISHERS (from the detail table PUBLISHER) this AUTHOR has worked for. You should be able to add, update and delete both the master and detail tables. I experienced difficulties when adding a new AUTHOR in the master table AUTHORS and when I clicked the command TITLES for adding new TITLES for this AUTHOR the GRID did not allow me to do so.
