Javascript / DHTML / Cookies to hide and show content

Hi there: I need a very simple bit of javascript written to enhance some code I already have in the attached file. Already written: Code to collapse / expand divs so that content around them automatically resizes. What I need: 1: An enhancement that will store the state of all the divs on the page in a single long-life cookie so that when the visitor next returns the correct content is expanded / collapsed. This should happen transparently (i.e. with no prompting the user) 2: An enhancement that will swap an image inside the "header" div (the grey one, you'll see in the code) to show expand / collapse (e.g + - images) 3: I would like to set the widths of the content blocks rather than just setting them to 100% of their container - I couldn't figure out how and keep the formatting I wanted, so I need the stylesheet corrected. 4: Finally, I want to disable expand / collapse until all the content has loaded into the divs, it seems that if you fire the sh() function, page loading stops. That's all! Most of the code is done, just needs the above tweaks that I don't have time to learn :) Cheers!
