Import from .csv, vcard, ical etc

----------------EDIT--------------------------- The file formats we need to be able to deal with are as follows, Outlook Express CSV, Outlook 2003 CSV, Mac Vcard and Thunderbird CSV. We need the PHP script to upload a file put it in a directory, disect the file to create a SQL statement that will then be run against a database to insert the contacts. The php needs to do some reasonably detailled error checking and display error messages to users if problems are encountered. The code also needs to be very clear and understandable with detailled comments. We need a good estimate of delivery time from all coders who place bids. If this project goes well there may well be future work in the same kind of area for the right coder. We are not prepared to pay for code that doesn't work. You have our database schema so you should be able to make a php scirpt that works. If you can't don't expect us to pay. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
