Develop Website using Ruby On Rails similar to Fiverr.com

I need a website built using Ruby On Rails. Here is a very basic understanding of my website: Site will provide a platform where needer will be able to post his need for an asking price (from list of multiple amounts set by the admin). Doer will come to the site and review the posted requirement. If he chooses to do it he will click a button, which will bring up a form he will fill out stating his offer price, how long the offer will stand, how long it will take him to do, and why hire him. After this the needer will receive an alert, telling him an offer has been made. The needer can either accept or decline the offer. If accepted he will be sent to a paypal screen to pay, and the funds will be directed to the websites bank. There is a site called fiverr that uses Ruby On Rails as well as the Phusion Passenger. They offer the reverse of what we need done, basically what people are willing to do for a predefined amount rather then what people need done. We want out site to be very similar to theirs in many ways. From design to many features our site will be similar so you should know their site INSIDE & OUT. In order to do this you should have taken part in buying, selling, signing up for their site. I am looking out for a site similar to [login to view URL] , but with a reverse concept wherein , users can register and post the job that they want to be completed. Members can also Share their gig with the world using Facebook, twitter & other social medias. Service providers can put their offer with details like the time required to complete the job, cost [login to view URL] will be notified when they get an offer, and will be asked to accept or reject it. If the offer is accepted then, service buyer will be redirected to Paypal for Payment Processing. A Messaging system will be provided through which, Members can communicate with each other.
