Astrology graphs and tables

I have source code for a fully-functional astrology program written in VB5. One module of this source code is the core of my program; the other 95% of the source code will not be used and will be discarded. This module creates a 4 column table of numbers. I need two additional columns to be added to this table (derived by multiplying the other columns). This module calculates two numbers for one day. I need it modified so that it can loop thousands of consecutive dates, or times (hours/minutes), or longitudes/latitudes through it. The results are held in a database (or spreadsheet). Selected columns of these numbers will be graphed using bar and line graphs, or be displayed in a column sortable format (such as a flexgrid). I also need the format of the current text interpretation reports very slightly modified and another text report added based on the format of the existing reports. I have all text files for the reports. The only mandatory astrology knowledge required is: 1) The ability to determine which houses Person 1’s planets fall in Person 2’s chart, and the aspects they make to Person 2’s planets. This may be derived either by manipulating the existing bi-wheel source code, or by using the supplied Astrodienst ephemeris. Please DO NOT bid on this project unless you have enough astrology knowledge to accomplish this!! 2) The ability to extract longitudes/latitudes and time zones from the ACS Atlas database based on city and country input, as well as the ability to extract cities based on longitude/latitude inputs. Not including the input form, this project consists of 5 forms all of which consist of a graph and tables, or sortable columns of numbers. I have rough-idea templates the finished forms. If the coding takes more than one week, updates of work progress will be required at least once per week. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Visual Basic
