this is a VERY simple task. mibew already has a spot to call the ID from magento in the config menu, but i need someone to offer a simple and clean solution. currently if a user is signed into the magento store, then open the live chat, they have to input their own name in the 'guest' box. i want to force get the magento username so i can easily see which accounts are speaking with me at the time. i will not pay a high amount for this service as it is quite simple.
