Image Upload/Management /Social Networking Site (php/Mysql)

Overview Description Well rated bidders only Any questions are welcome. I require an experienced PHP/MySql developer to design and develop a Image management/Social Networking site. I have a detailed specification and (jpg) images of the required design. (attached) Essential Requirements 1)Excellent design skill. You should be able build a site design using CSS and not tables. The site should look exactly like the samples I provide. The design must be from scratch and not from any templates. 2) You must have experience of image manipulation. Images will need to be resized for display, thumbnails will need to be created and the image file sizes must be compressed so that large files are not stored on the server. EG experience with GD library or ImageMagick or similar. Please state in your bid how you would manage to do this. 4) Good Php/MYsql and understanding of social network sites. 5) Must appear and function correctly on major browsers, (IE and Firefox) 6) Coder must contactable via MSN. Other details. 1) The site will be CMS. Most pages will need to be controlled via admin panel. 2) Users will require their own admin/login area to control their content. Admin user will require control of all content 3)No payment gateway needed. 4)Colours RGB and font names provided by me.
