ReWite a complete professional POS

Developers and Quality insurance testers from ABC company reported that they are unable to complete their tasks quickly because they have to drive to the company’s production facilities to install, check or test software on the remote computers. Depending on traffic and weather permitted, they can spend an average of 2 hours weekly driving between 3 production buildings. It's a real burden when they have to drive 15 minutes one way to make a 1 minute change on a remote PC. I need to write a POS (Project Overview Statement) to Management. I described the problem above and I would to recommend developers to use (PC remote Control software Radmin)as a solution (<[login to view URL]>). The software once installed developers or testers will be able to remote control into remote PC to do their work. The POS should include Problem Project Goal Project Scope Project Objective Success Criteria Risk Analysis Action Time Frame Budget etc. If possible include chart or/and Microsoft Project Gant chart. Have any more questions, please let me know. a copy of the POS I started is included. It doesn't look professsional enough. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
