572948 Write/rewrite code for a .exe

Hi I have a .exe and I want a program which works the same way like this one. As far as I know it's impossible to take the source code from an executable but if a programmer decompiles it he can rewrite the source code for the program. What I know about the program: -it is a 24KB MFC application -it installs as a Windows service -the program is some kind of a network sniffer which sniffs cards track1/track2 data and if it finds something it sends the data to [login to view URL] through port 80 (I also need to know what [login to view URL] could be) -the data sent to that ip is encrypted so I need the decryption solution too I will attach the program after contacting me so you can check it. Maybe you can create a better program like this one. Any ideas would be great. Thank you!
