URGENT** Custom GINA for windows logon

Need a custom windows logon system which will do the following - 1. Custom GINA DLL - Display a logon screen with my company logo. It should monitor a Smart Card Reader. If the user inserts a specific smart card, GINA should read a specific code number (commands and structure will be provided) from the card and will get it authenticated by a remote windows service (See 2. below) running on a remote server over TCP/IP network. The connection information for remote service should be hard coded inside the DLL. Once authenticated, it should allow the user to continue normal windows operations as long as the card is present inside reader. Once removed, the user should be automatically logged out. The user can lock the desktop by CTRL+ALT+DEL or by a screen saver. In that case the user can even remove the card (during locked state) but in order to resume, the user has to insert the card back. 2. Windows Service - A simple windows service which will listen to a TCP port for information sent by the GINA DLLs running on differnt PCs. On receiving a code number, the service will search it in a MSSQL database for corresponding \\DOMAIN\Username and Password. If the search is successfull, the service will return back the \\DOMAIN\Username and Password found or else NULL. Please bid if you are confident to do the coding within 14 days. Necessary information related to smart card data and MSSQL database will be given. While placing your bid, please give a brief description regarding the coding approach and platform you will be using along with screenshots or some details of similar applications you've done (if any). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
