Expired Domain Software Tool

I have a software program in VB that is partially done and I need to get it finished. It has 4 stages to it: it looks for expired domains, it filters the domains, it finds the link popularity, it processes and filters the remaining results. I have a .txt list of domain names (1 per line) which I would like to find out their link popularity on. As I might have thousands of domains in this list, I need a link popularity tool which will do a mass link popularity on the entire list by using MSN, AOL, Hotbot, AlltheWeb, lycos, google using “linkto?? feature. Input list by: - Cut and paste to a text window - Upload a file - Grabs file from specified spot ie [login to view URL]) Output List Includes: -Columns total for links for google, aol, altavista, hotbot, alltheweb - column for Total of all links -Column for Total of links not including alltheweb - column for whether URL included in Yahoo? (y/n) - Column for Available for domain Registration? Y/N - Link to Go Daddy for bulk registration (checkbox beside each domain ??" opens up new window) - Link to onsnap to reserve domain (checkbox beside each domain ??" opens up new window) - Column for Google Page Rank - Column for Alexa Page Rank Features of the Output table: - Ability to sort by link popularity on one of the above or by total links - Want to filter the results of the page if: (these should be a drop down list so I can choose 1 or more for each query. o Link totals > XX AND/OR: o Link total less alltheweb > XX AND/OR: o URL included in Yahoo = y/n AND/OR: o Google Page Rank > XX AND/OR o Alexa Page Rank >XX AND/OR o Available for Registration: y/n o Link Popularity > XXX AND/OR o WHOIS Record Expiry < XX Days away AND/OR o WHOIS Record Expiry > XX Days Away I need an experienced VB programmer who has some experience with expired domains. This software is to be a standalone product. Please include in your bid your unique qualifications and whether you have VB.Net experience or not.
