Emergency data rescue

To build a bootable cd that will give me the ability to recover specific fodlers on my system if windows will not boot anymore. Scenario: --------- I'm travelling and my system crashes. My current backups are not up to date. I need to backup specific folders and files. I can't see them in DOS because I may have setup NTFS. I need the data or I WILL lose business. I put this bootable CD into my drive and bootup, I choose my programs and any files I need. The program has the folders locations already (I will provide) and searches the HD for any additional file types I select. All of the files and folders are compressed and then burned to my CDRW drive. I don't have a CDRW disc so I must use a CD-R disc. I place the blank CD into my drive and click the "Burn Now" button and the program burns the CD. Now I can use my HP restore cd set to fix windows. Then restore my folders to thier original location. Re-install my software and - DONE! Solution: --------- A bootable recovery type program which can see FAT32 & NTFS partitions. It will allow me to selct a program name from a list and this will backup that folder location. It will compress the folders and burn them to a CD, all from a DOS type environment. Additional: ----------- I must be able to select to search the drive for some specific file types ie: *.jpg. The program must have a graphical interface with mouse & keyboard controls. Similar but not limited to, a Partition Magic rescue disk look/feel. It must be easy enough to use so my wife can use it too! [have to please her ;) ]. The program code MUST give me the ability to add new programs folder locations and file types to the current list. As I mentioned above, this program will have a really nice looking GUI. It must have full mouse and keyboard controls working. I'm into art and I love looking at pretty things. If it's not hot looking I won't buy it. If at all possible, I want to be able to change the look with graphics I make. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4. Fully operational .ISO image and all source code 5. Must protect the source code somehow, in case I lose a cd 6. Ability to change background with images I create 7. Abiility to work with FAT32 & NTFS partition tables 8. Must burn to cd from the DOS environment 9. Must timestamp the .zip or compressed file ie: 120503_my [login to view URL] 10. Must come with compiler if used, so I may rebuild the program and make new .ISO in future 11. All copyright and distribution rights must be provided. You will in no way, own this program (in case it can be sold) ## Platform I would assume in a DOS type environment
