Website development with shopping cart and some back office features

We are launching a new product and looking to develop a new website with a shopping cart (food supplements, total no of products 4 and 10 different promotions i.e 2 pack at different rate etc) The requirements are as follows 1) We will provide all the text that has to be in the website (this include some product information, some streaming media etc.) 2) We will provide all the graphics and specify colors and sample websites / designs 3) We need a shopping cart where users can print invoice receipt etc 4) We are also planning to take the orders via telephones, which mean that our operator should be able to login to the website and key in telephone orders via the web portal. 5) We should be able to enter media code (i.e ask where they have seen the product) 6) This means we should be able to do export data in order to print dispatch label and we should be able to also key in the postage track number to the order and update the dispatch status. 7) The program has to be 2 languages i.e English and Portuguese with the future option of converting to Spanish as well. 8) We could provide Portuguese translations text. 9) Your solution can be bespoke or we are happy to pay for an off the shelf shopping cart with the above functionalities.
