Site mirroring automation

Seeking a solution that can sync a complete website hosted on a remote server with a web account on a local server. Have login/password info for both accounts. Both accounts are hosted on a shared hosting environment, meaning the server is hosting many websites, our account is just one of them. We want a scheduled sync that will update each account's content so they remain identical to each other. If some file changed in one account, after the sync, it will change to be the same on the other account. It should sync not only the website files (html, image, php ect), but also the database. If on linux server, should sync website files, mySQL database and mails. If on Windows server, should sync web files, SQL server Database or Access database, as well as mails. we are looking at using "wget" or "rsync", but not sure how database should be synced. Looking for any solution, develop a software or script that can achieve the above. You will need to be familiar with hosting server's directory structure and where those files located etc. Any suggestion, advice or help will be much appreciated. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
